A look favoured since ancient times, monochrome floors are trending once again. Use Butler to recreate the chequerboard look with its striking marble graphic. The crisp white Calacatta and opulent dark Marquina tiles work well on their own too.

Within this Powder room a natural Carrara marble basin sits on the beautiful Oasis Rialto vanity unit whilst the stunning Petale de Cristal basin mixer with Baccarat crystal handles takes centre stage. The bespoke bevelled mirror has been paired with crystal wall lights from Oasis to add a further element of glamour with monochrome wallpaper from Wall & Deco adding texture, and the four piece book-matched stone floor completing the luxurious look.

My client's favourite colour is orange, and this colour can be seen in the choice of paint colour for the inside of the front door and the tap in the cloakroom, both adding a touch of playfulness to the space.
In the cloakroom we chose Cole & Son wallpaper, presents an unexpected conversation piece and adds softness to the hard floor tiles and bathroom fittings.

WE LOVE TO DO UP THE POWDER ROOM, THIS IS ALWAYS A FUN SPACE TO PLAY WITH, AND IN THIS DESIGN WE WENT MOODY AND MODER. ADDING THE DARK TILES BEHIND THE TOILET, AND PAIRING THAT WITH THE DARK PENDANT LIGHT, AND THE THICKER EDGE DETAIL ON THE VANITY CREATES A SPACE THAT IS EASILY MAINTAINED AND ALSO BEAUTIFUL FOR YEARS TO COME!

A bright, inviting powder room with beautiful tile accents behind the taps. A built-in dark-wood furniture vanity with plenty of space for needed items. A red oak hardwood floor pairs well with the burnt orange wall color. The wall paint is AF-280 Salsa Dancing from Benjamin Moore.
