Tracy Berman Interiors
This beverage center is located adjacent to the kitchen and joint living area composed of greys, whites and blue accents. Our main focus was to create a space that would grab people’s attention, and be a feature of the kitchen. The cabinet color is a rich blue (amalfi) that creates a moody, elegant, and sleek atmosphere for the perfect cocktail hour.
This client is one who is not afraid to add sparkle, use fun patterns, and design with bold colors. For that added fun design we utilized glass Vihara tile in a iridescent finish along the back wall and behind the floating shelves. The cabinets with glass doors also have a wood mullion for an added accent. This gave our client a space to feature his beautiful collection of specialty glassware. The quilted hardware in a polished chrome finish adds that extra sparkle element to the design. This design maximizes storage space with a lazy susan in the corner, and pull-out cabinet organizers for beverages, spirits, and utensils.

Karia Designs
We added a unique grasscloth textured wallpaper behind the floating shelves of this custom home bar design.
Schloegel Design Remodel
We turned this basement into a sleek modern space with industrial fixtures and hardware and rustic tile. Warm weathered wood floors and striking royal blue cabinetry set a soothing mood for this place of relaxation.
Treefrog Design
The simple Navy cabinets, pendant glass lights, and playful, scallop-patterned backsplash engage the senses by reflecting the blues of the nearby water, while the wall of white subway tile delineates the kitchen from the rest of the open area. This has the effect of drawing the eye up to the vaulted ceiling, which complements the house’s architecture instead of fighting it.
The once-dingy space is now alive with light and color, adding an exciting new dimension to this waterside home.
O'Brien Harris LLC
This urban project from O'Brien Harris Cabinetry in Chicago is located in a prominent Chicago high rise. The scope of the project included the kitchen and bar. The clients are executives from the west coast and desired an urban apartment with an expansive floor plan and large open spaces. In a scenario like this you either you do something neutral or go bold. The clients chose to go bold with charcoal painted cabinetry and burnished brass hardware. The focal point of the kitchen– a burnished brass hood which informed the space. It was custom designed and fabricated by O’Brien Harris. Nate Berkus and Associates selected light fixtures, barstools, and the herringbone floor. They designed a stepped ceiling that enhances the detailing of the cabinetry. Crisp white countertops finish the soft sophisticated space. obrienharris.com
