Cosy and inviting, with LED stripe by the stairs up and with some details of Gold and Velvet the hallway looks just fabulous. Wall paint from F&B Down Pipe No.26.
Blush pink plays with white, gold and some sparkle in grey backround.

A mid-century modern home remodel with an open concept layout, vaulted ceilings, and light tile floors throughout. The kitchen was completely gutted to start fresh with all new fixtures, appliances, and a glass subway tile backsplash. The custom island, and single wall kitchen were designed to keep an open concept feel with the rest of the home to maximize living space.

Here is an architecturally built house from the early 1970's which was brought into the new century during this complete home remodel by opening up the main living space with two small additions off the back of the house creating a seamless exterior wall, dropping the floor to one level throughout, exposing the post an beam supports, creating main level on-suite, den/office space, refurbishing the existing powder room, adding a butlers pantry, creating an over sized kitchen with 17' island, refurbishing the existing bedrooms and creating a new master bedroom floor plan with walk in closet, adding an upstairs bonus room off an existing porch, remodeling the existing guest bathroom, and creating an in-law suite out of the existing workshop and garden tool room.

This family home was completely updated to create a modern, bright, and open space. The stunning stone on the fireplace and floating mantel were chosen specifically to suit the space and the homeowner’s desire to have a modern and rustic feel to the main floor. Existing beams in various rooms were integrated as a design feature while also being painted the same colour as the ceiling to keep it seamless and look integrated into the room.

This is a modern “prairie style” 6,000 square foot two story dwelling that’s located on a 1/4 acre corner lot in Los Altos, CA and includes a full basement and a detached two car garage. The five-bedroom, 6-bath house was designed around an existing swimming pool and includes an indoor/outdoor fireplace in the living room that opens to the back yard. Many of the rooms incorporate light coves with recessed lighting and recessed shades.

We absolutely love this Asplund Tati console table and felt it was perfect for our client. The Hallway is not too big, but this give my client a warm welcome into their home with the Menu dimmable table lamp. The Asplund Otto mirror has a subtle thin shelf running across the width to add a nice extra design touch.
