Isaman design, Inc.Located in North County San Luis Obispo, the Santa Ysabel Residence is a Mediterranean inspired family home. Taking advantage of the warm climate, a flagstone paved entry courtyard provides private gathering space that leads to the stone clad entry.
Inside the home, exposed beams, wood baseboards, and travertine floors continue the Mediterranean vibe. A large wine room, with enough storage for a few hundred bottles, features a peek through window from the dining room.
A large covered outdoor living and dining room open up to the pool and fire pit, embracing the rural views of Santa Ysabel.

CFdesignThis Master Bedroom Spa Patio was designed in cooperation with the architect to create a seamless indoor/outdoor feel to the Master Bedroom / Patio area. The sliding pocket doors allow the room to open fully onto a covered patio with a custom spa and fireplace for an intimate Master Suite experience. To allow view of the sky and to limit potential humidity issues we cut an opening into the patio cover directly above the spa to match the spa shape and size.

John Pack Custom PoolsRegal is an Old World term that fits this outdoor space well. The full, wide columns welcome you into the cabana for an afternoon cocktail or evening glass of wine. A beautiful stone bar and countertop allow guests and family to sit and chat as you prepare a meal that is fit for a King. A dining area is set off to one side to let the conversation become more intimate once the appetizers have been completed. The atmosphere is laid back, at ease and enjoyed by all who are present. Overlooking the pool and spa gives it even more of a tranquil setting, with the simplicity of the pool lines and the sounds of the waterfall from the spa to the pool basin. Plenty of space surrounds the pool area for chaise lounge chairs and a cafe table. This outdoor living area is truly charming in its setting and the extension it has to the home itself.
Kathryne Designs, IncThe pool area features intricate, custom mosaic tile designs. Along the back wall are four lions head fountains, each with decorative tile motifs surrounded by a limestone and mosaic border. The bottom of the pool shows a custom-designed scene of Neptune with other aquatic imagery.
