Land & Water DesignThis challenging site near Wolf Trap had an existing swimming pool at the end of the property. With twelve feet of grade change across the backyard, our landscape design dilemma was; how to connect the new pool with the house, create lots of living space, and still get people to the landscape below. The entire rear of the house was renovated, giving us an opportunity to build a new composite multi-level deck. We crafted a covered living space under the deck and sunroom. Techo-Bloc pavers, a stone dive rock at the deep end and the natural stream bed with waterfalls that cascades into the pool.

MD DESIGNNos clients allaient bientôt emménager dans une villa d’exception situé à Saint Cyr au Mont d’Or quand ils nous ont contacté pour décorer leur plafond, nous avons donc créé deux lustres grands formats sur-mesure exceptionnels.
Ils recherchaient des lustres exceptionnels pour habiller l’intérieur et l’entrée de leur maison d’architecte. Notre savoir-faire étant unique à Lyon, nous avons pu les conseiller dans leur choix de luminaires.
En s’inspirant de catalogues et après réflexion sur le style recherché, nous sommes partis sur deux lustres au style complètement différents mais qui se complètent parfaitement bien. Le premier pour l’extérieur, en acier inoxydable noir mat, résistant à l’extérieur. Le deuxième en cristal.
Une parfaite mise en valeur de l’entrée, et des deux côtés de la vitrine avec un style contemporain.
La livraison et la pose de ces lustres pour cette villa d’exception ont entièrement été faites par notre équipe, nous nous déplaçons régulièrement à Saint Cyr au Mont d’Or dans l’ouest lyonnais.
Toutes nos réalisations de luminaires sont entièrement personnalisables.
