Aménagement d'espaces d'un manoir du 17ème siècle afin de lui redonner une esthétique plus contemporaine sans perdre le style originel. Les deux salons en enfilades demandaient un traitement particulier sur l'ambiance. Celui-ci, s'inscrit dans une ambiance plus feutrée et intimiste pour s'accorder avec le mur bibliothèque et le coin lecture.

Dans la cuisine, les couleurs et matières reprennent celles de l’espace à vivre. Alors, dans un souci d’harmonie et de continuité, la descente de plafond présente dans le salon d’hiver se prolonge sur la totalité de la surface de la cuisine. La teinte verte présente ici a été choisi car elle est identique à celle du hall d’entrée. Pour les meubles, c’est un “total look” bois qui a été choisi afin d’apporter de la chaleur à l’ensemble et contraster avec les carreaux aspect rouille de la crédence.

築40年近いマンションの最上階のお部屋です。吹き抜けのリビングの照明が古くなり、交換したいというのがきっかけでご依頼を頂き、その後も続いて住戸全体のリフォームをさせて頂くことになりました。 マンションで一般的なブラウン系のフローリング、隣接する和室はベージュの襖でしたが、シンプルモダンにしたいとのご希望で内装を一新しました。 家具はもともとお持ちのもの、奥にある絵画もお客様のもので、千住博さんの作品です。

La mayoría de las habitaciones han conservado la altura de los techos y las molduras. Para protegerse del ruido, las ventanas del lado de la calle se han sustituido por ventanas de doble acristalamiento, mientras que el resto del piso que da al patio está perfectamente silencioso. Sala de estar La impresión dada por las grandes dimensiones del salón se potencia a través de la decoración. No hay mucho mobiliario y la atención solo se centra en un sofá, dos sillones y una mesa de café en el centro de la habitación. Los cojines, las cortinas y la alfombra aportan mucha textura y calientan la habitación. Las paredes oscuras armonizan y revelan los colores de una colección ecléctica de objetos. La tensión entre lo antiguo y lo nuevo, lo íntimo y lo grandioso. Con la intención de exhibir antigüedades de calidad, hemos optado por agregar colores, texturas y capas de "pop" en todas las habitaciones del apartamento. Desde cualquier ángulo, los clientes pueden ver su arte y sus muebles. Cuentan viajes e historias juntos.

Dans ce projet d'aménagement, lorsque nous entrons dans le salon, le mur du fond capte notre attention. La couleur foncée du mur tranche avec le bois, le mettant en valeur. L’aménagement sur-mesure s’adapte à la cheminée existante, lui faisant devenir la pièce centrale du salon. Les couleurs pastel et le charme du bois procurent un sentiment de douceur et de fraîcheur dans une ambiance délicate.
