Penthouse rooftop in Jupiter Island. Outdoor furniture matching the view! Venitian style mixed with Palm Beach views create a warm open space with outdoor kitchen and spa. The ocean is as much a part of the design as the fabric and tile options, chosen to accent the rich blue color. Robert Brantley Photography
ECOFIREPLACES FIREPLACES
Round Ecofireplaces Fire Pit with ECO 35 burner in copper pot encasing. Expanded clay and volcanic stones finishing. Thermal insulation made of rock wool bases and refractory tape applied to the burner.
Weatherwell Elite - Aluminum Shutters
Weatherwell Aluminum shutters were used to turn this deck from an open unusable space to a luxurious outdoor living space with lounge area, dining area, and jacuzzi. The Aluminum shutters were used to create privacy from the next door neighbors, while being able to move the louvers to keep the airflow.
Land & Water Design
Our client wanted a relaxing, Bali like feel to their backyard, a place where they can entertain their friends. Entrance walkway off driveway, with zen garden and water falls. Pavilion with outdoor kitchen, large fireplace with ample seating, multilevel deck with grill center, pergola, and fieldstone retaining walls.

The canopy and decking provide an extension of the interior room for outdoor dining nestled amongst the developing screen planting which will provide privacy and the green walls to the outdoor room. The Cherry tree will eventually fill out the gap in the pergola providing a lush canopy. A touch of informal fairy lights will add a dash of sparkle to those outdoor evenings.

Pu'uwai Design & Construction
This beautiful island style design features pocketing wood framed glass doors, shake roofing, natural tile flooring and a pool house. The elongated architecture was inspired by the design style of Frank Lloyd Wright, while the open indoor-outdoor floor plan is a trademark style on all of our home designs.
