Full length Dinesen wooden floor planks of 5 meters long were brought inside through the window and fitted throughout the flat, except kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen floor was tiled with beautiful blue Moroccan cement tiles. Kitchen itself was designed in light washed wood and imported from Spain. In order to gain more storage space some of the kitchen units were fitted inside of the existing chimney breast. Kitchen worktop was made in white concrete which worked well with rustic looking cement floor tiles.

Patty Jones Design, LLC
Working with the Schumacher Construction team, Patty Jones of Patty Jones Design, LLC selected exterior and interior finishes creating a "farm-style" home in the resort community of Tetherow in Central Oregon. The home has stained ship lap and patterned cement tile in the powder bath, rustic hardwood accents throughout, rustic light fixtures, cement & quartz counter tops and many other finishes that make this spec home warm and inviting.

Binns kitchen + bath design
This modern classic kitchen features SieMatic RF cabinets, a unique backsplash design, and a beautiful stainless steel Bertazzoni range oven. The honed quartzite countertops with a line chisel edge complements this custom design. The simple furniture hood creates clean modern look without adding too much mass.

This kitchen remodel is all about understated neutrals and subtle textures, creating a warm, calming, comfortable space. The light oak cabinets paired with the white quartz countertops and complimented by the soft aqua gloss backsplash tile create the perfect environment to start and end one's day. Soft neutral colors help the space feel comfortable without being boring. We like to think of this space as reminiscent of walking on the beach, with natural woods and soft blues accented with white, similar to whitecaps on a wave. This space is the true definition of a timeless kitchen.

The custom cabinetry was topped with beautiful quartzite Taj Mahal slab countertops. Creating a focal point in the room, we designed a custom stainless steel range hood that came with attached heating lamps and custom shelving. Completing the look is a custom accent-painted coffer ceiling in blue-gray, and a beautiful handmade glazed ceramic beige backsplash.
