Regarding Design
The design is a modern take on the traditional men’s club style by blending deep dark brown walls and dark blue accent pieces with organic and linen textiles to brighten up the space.
The final touch is artwork with meaning and intent. Truly a space to unwind and re-charge.

An all-white, double vanity master bath in Charlotte with black accent mirrors, undermount sinks, shiplap walls, herringbone porcelain tiles, shaker cabinets and gold hardware.

Repositioning and expanding the entrance to the ensuite allows a more symmetrical entrance. We then fully revised this space to include an enclosed expansive and seated shower, Steam room, enclosed WC and the free-standing bath tub and floating sink.

In this farmhouse inspired bathroom there are four different patterns in just this one shot. The key to it all working is color! Using the same colors in all four, makes this bath look cohesive and fun, without being too busy. The gold in the accent tile ties in with the gold in the wallpaper, and the white ties all four together. By keeping a neutral gray on the wall and vanity, the eye has time to rest making this bath a real stunner!

Another update project we did in the same Townhome community in Culver city. This time more towards Modern Farmhouse / Transitional design.
Kitchen cabinets were completely refinished with new hardware installed. The black island is a great center piece to the white / gold / brown color scheme.
The Master bathroom was transformed from a plain contractor's bathroom to a true modern mid-century jewel of the house. The black floor and tub wall tiles are a fantastic way to accent the white tub and freestanding wooden vanity.
Notice how the plumbing fixtures are almost hidden with the matte black finish on the black tile background.
The shower was done in a more modern tile layout with aligned straight lines.
The hallway Guest bathroom was partially updated with new fixtures, vanity, toilet, shower door and floor tile.
that's what happens when older style white subway tile came back into fashion. They fit right in with the other updates.

A referral from Facebook Group, these clients were on a timeline to get into their newly purchased home that needed a whole lot of updating!
We first tackled their flooring and stair railing, so they could move in.
We then got to work on their owner's suite bathroom, which had a lot of unused space and outdated finishes.
A few of the things we changed: we turned a built in tub to a freestanding, changed the orientation of the shower and made it larger, and swamped out a built in vanity for a freestanding furniture vanity.

Who wouldn't love to enjoy a "wine down" in this gorgeous primary bath? We gutted everything in this space, but kept the tub area. We updated the tub area with a quartz surround to modernize, installed a gorgeous water jet mosaic all over the floor and added a dark shiplap to tie in the custom vanity cabinets and barn doors. The separate double shower feels like a room in its own with gorgeous tile inset shampoo shelf and updated plumbing fixtures.

Upscale fixtures, finishes and attention to detail make this expansive master bathroom a stunner. Marble tile in cream and soft pink set a warm tone. A swooped pattern on the wallcoverings is echoed in the drapery treatments. Brass fittings and lighting add sparkle, while natural ight floods the room from two sides. It is a room you never want to leave!
