Courtney Thomas DesignOur La Cañada studio designed this lovely home, keeping with the fun, cheerful personalities of the homeowner. The entry runner from Annie Selke is the perfect introduction to the house and its playful palette, adding a welcoming appeal. In the dining room, a beautiful, iconic Schumacher wallpaper was one of our happy finishes whose vines and garden colors begged for more vibrant colors to complement it. So we added bold green color to the trims, doors, and windows, enhancing the playful appeal. In the family room, we used a soft palette with pale blue, soft grays, and warm corals, reminiscent of pastel house palettes and crisp white trim that reflects the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of Bermuda! The formal living room looks elegant and sophisticated, with beautiful furniture in soft blue and pastel green. The curtains nicely complement the space, and the gorgeous wooden center table anchors the space beautifully. In the kitchen, we added a custom-built, happy blue island that sits beneath the house’s namesake fabric, Hydrangea Heaven.

Everything HomeWith a focus on lived-in comfort and light, airy spaces, this new construction is designed to feel like home before the moving vans arrive. Everything Home consulted on the floor plan and exterior style of this luxury home with the builders at Old Town Design Group. When construction neared completion, Everything Home returned to specify hard finishes and color schemes throughout and stage the decor and accessories. Joe McGuire DesignIn this beautiful home, our Boulder studio used a neutral palette that let natural materials shine when mixed with intentional pops of color. As long-time meditators, we love creating meditation spaces where our clients can relax and focus on renewal. In a quiet corner guest room, we paired an ultra-comfortable lounge chair in a rich aubergine with a warm earth-toned rug and a bronze Tibetan prayer bowl. We also designed a spa-like bathroom showcasing a freestanding tub and a glass-enclosed shower, made even more relaxing by a glimpse of the greenery surrounding this gorgeous home. Against a pure white background, we added a floating stair, with its open oak treads and clear glass handrails, which create a sense of spaciousness and allow light to flow between floors. The primary bedroom is designed to be super comfy but with hidden storage underneath, making it super functional, too. The room's palette is light and restful, with the contrasting black accents adding energy and the natural wood ceiling grounding the tall space.

Home FrostingOur Tampa studio gave a beautiful facelift to our client's kitchen and bathroom to create an elegant and sophisticated ambiance in both spaces. In the kitchen, we removed a dividing wall creating more room to carve in a wet bar and plenty of storage solutions. We used beautiful white paint that instantly brightened up the space and a mixed, on-trend palette of pacific blue with warm gray for a pop of color. A large walnut wood island makes food prep a breeze, and a matching range hood against a stunning backsplash adds an attractive focal point.
The bathroom was updated to look elegant and relaxed by using a lovely floral-patterned wallpaper and a wooden vanity with muted bronze accents. The shower cubicle was lined with floor-to-ceiling tiles making it look and feel more spacious.

Joe McGuire DesignOur Aspen studio designed this beautiful home in the mountains to reflect the bright, beautiful, natural vibes outside – an excellent way to elevate the senses. We used a double-height, oak-paneled ceiling in the living room to create an expansive feeling. We also placed layers of Moroccan rugs, cozy textures of alpaca, mohair, and shearling by exceptional makers from around the US. In the kitchen and bar area, we went with the classic black and white combination to create a sophisticated ambience. We furnished the dining room with attractive blue chairs and artworks, and in the bedrooms, we maintained the bright, airy vibes by adding cozy beddings and accessories.

Pamela Harvey InteriorsOur St. Pete studio gave this gorgeous home a beautiful makeover with a neutral color palette that nicely highlights the thoughtful design details. We added cottage-style barn doors for the bathroom giving it an elegant charm that heightens the stunning designs of the space. In the kitchen, we used the classic black and white theme, punctuated with organic elements like plants and wooden shelves that create a warm, lived-in feel. We added an attractive area rug in the dining room along with beautiful artwork and statement lighting to create visual interest. In the powder room, soft blue walls, a stylish console sink, and an elegant gold-rimmed mirror add panache.

Everything HomeThe new construction luxury home was designed by our Carmel design-build studio with the concept of 'hygge' in mind – crafting a soothing environment that exudes warmth, contentment, and coziness without being overly ornate or cluttered. Inspired by Scandinavian style, the design incorporates clean lines and minimal decoration, set against soaring ceilings and walls of windows. These features are all enhanced by warm finishes, tactile textures, statement light fixtures, and carefully selected art pieces.
In the living room, a bold statement wall was incorporated, making use of the 4-sided, 2-story fireplace chase, which was enveloped in large format marble tile. Each bedroom was crafted to reflect a unique character, featuring elegant wallpapers, decor, and luxurious furnishings. The primary bathroom was characterized by dark enveloping walls and floors, accentuated by teak, and included a walk-through dual shower, overhead rain showers, and a natural stone soaking tub.
An open-concept kitchen was fitted, boasting state-of-the-art features and statement-making lighting. Adding an extra touch of sophistication, a beautiful basement space was conceived, housing an exquisite home bar and a comfortable lounge area.

123 Remodeling Inc.123 Remodeling redesigned the space of an unused built-in desk to create a custom coffee bar corner. Wanting some differentiation from the kitchen, we brought in some color with Ultracraft cabinets in Moon Bay finish from Studio41 and wood tone shelving above. The white princess dolomite stone was sourced from MGSI and the intention was to create a seamless look running from the counter up the wall to accentuate the height. We finished with a modern Franke sink, and a detailed Kohler faucet to match the sleekness of the Italian-made coffee machine.
