Stone+Glidden, Inc.This family room was originally a large alcove off a hallway. The TV and audio equipment was housed in a laminated 90's style cube array and simply didn't fit the style for the rest of the house. To correct this and make the space more in line with the architecture throughout the house a partition was designed to house a 60" flat panel TV. All equipment with the exception of the DVD player was moved into another space. A 120" screen was concealed in the ceiling beneath the cherry strips added to the ceiling; additionally the whole ceiling appears to be wall board but in fact is fiberglass with a white fabric stretched over it with conceals the 7 speakers located in the ceiling.
GramophoneOur client who we created this zen-like theater for was on a strict budget, but still wanted a space to enjoy a theater experience in a small group setting. We turned an unfinished space into a gorgeous, complete theater, included art and accessories, and did not have to sacrifice quality! Wise decisions when we designed the project - including creating detailed columns with drywall and moldings, selecting stylish light fixtures and substituting built-in cabinets with a one of a kind chest - led to us coming in right at our client's budget. Needless to say, our client was thrilled!

With stylish built in media storage underneath, with walnut veneer shelving. John Cullen Lighting throughout on a Lutron system alongside the luxury velvet and voile curtains, which are all fully automated and linked to the Crestron Home Automation system. With underfloor heating throughout and tiled in a large format stunning porcelain tile. Stylish corner sofa in a gorgeous velour fabric and scatter cushions, in soft calming luxury colour tones. The large carpet rug, which is a silk mix adds luxury and oppulence to the interior and creates a welcoming feel to the interior. Contemporary style display cabinet and coffee table in a variety of sizes, woods and colours. With drift wood style lamp and cube tables. Home Cinema Kaleidescape system as part of the Crestron Home Automation which we design and build into all of our projects. WIRED Technologies GroupThis small intimate theater was designed for comfort and to provide a fully immerse experience.
Spazio LAThe new "man cave"/ entertainment room features a venetian plaster wall behind the TV with two matching ceiling soffits, custom cabinets, new HVAC units and french doors with electric shades. A new 85" TV, speakers, two subwoofers at the back wall and an all in one system controlled by a universal control were also added to this modern entertainment space. The room also features Cascade Latourell SPC Floors and Caesarstone Empira white countertops, all from Spazio LA Tile Gallery.

Circle Automation - Home TechnologyThe home cinema in this new build arts & crafts style property combines traditional design references with contemporary detailing.
Built as a reference level Dolby Atmos cinema the installation incorporates Artcoustic Loudspeakers for 7.2.4 surround sound. There are two levels of luxurious cinema seating. A Denon AVR, OPPO Blu-ray player, 120” Screen Excellence screen and a 4k Sony projector form part of the installation.
Savant is used to control the projector and audio via one remote and easy to use app.
Storage of AV equipment, DVDs and a drinks chiller was achieved through the installation of bespoke joinery, also by Circle Automation.
Exceptional acoustic quality within the room was created by the installation of fabric panelling on the walls.
Lighting is also an integral part of this installation. Added depth is achieved through the use of a coiffured ceiling with LED lighting. The client’s artwork and sparkly wallpaper are also highlighted through washing light onto the walls through the positioning of in-ceiling spot lights.
Closet Organizing SystemsThis ultra-plush gaming retreat area was designed for the family’s children in mind, but what adult would not love to have a game room like this? The sleek design of the cabinetry has a brushed aluminum finish and flat panel doors operated by touch latches. The tall cabinets have pull out drawers for DVD storage and fabric covered panels conceal the large speakers. Opposite the gaming area is the convenience kitchenette and large table for gatherings.
