This small loft space was a jumble of storage units. So this room was streamlined with a new sectional with a built in hide-a-bed, two rolling ottomans that open up for storage, and some large comfy pillows for extra seating. The media cabinet is a wall-mounted L-shaped unit that holds all the essentials, and creates the perfect space for a wall-mounted plasma tv. A strong paprika accent wall puts the focus on the media. There's nothing like a dedicated home cinema for that immersive experience paired with incredible sound. All in the comfort of super-comfy sofas with your favourite snacks and treats.
We like to throw some design quirks like hidden louvered ceiling lighting and soft padded chevron panelling to help the acoustics.

This home was designed with a clean, modern aesthetic that imposes a commanding view of its expansive riverside lot. The wide-span, open wing design provides a feeling of open movement and flow throughout the home. Interior design elements are tightly edited to their most elemental form. Simple yet daring lines simultaneously convey a sense of energy and tranquility. Super-matte, zero sheen finishes are punctuated by brightly polished stainless steel and are further contrasted by thoughtful use of natural textures and materials. The judges said “this home would be like living in a sculpture. It’s sleek and luxurious at the same time.”

This movie room is complete with state of the art custom surround sound and mood lighting. The gym is right behind it so you could actually have someone using work out equipment behind you without affecting the sound quality of the theater.
