Artistic Design And RemodelingLight and Airy shiplap bathroom was the dream for this hard working couple. The goal was to totally re-create a space that was both beautiful, that made sense functionally and a place to remind the clients of their vacation time. A peaceful oasis. We knew we wanted to use tile that looks like shiplap. A cost effective way to create a timeless look. By cladding the entire tub shower wall it really looks more like real shiplap planked walls.
The center point of the room is the new window and two new rustic beams. Centered in the beams is the rustic chandelier.

Lumar InteriorsThese clients were ready to turn their existing home into their dream home. They wanted to completely gut their main floor to improve the function of the space. Some walls were taken down, others moved, powder room relocated and lots of storage space added to their kitchen. The homeowner loves to bake and cook and really wanted a larger kitchen as well as a large informal dining area for lots of family gatherings. We took this project from concept to completion, right down to furnishings and accessories.

Red House RemodelingSome people remodel their kitchen, some remodel their master bath and some people do both and then some. These homeowners were ready to invest heavily in their home with a complete home remodel including kitchen, family room, powder room, laundry room, stairs, master bath and all flooring and mill work on the second floor plus many window replacements. While such an extensive remodel is more budget intense, it also gives the home a fresh, updated look at once. Enjoy this complete home transformation!

Standale Home StudioThis powder room, off the livingroom was furnished with a Dura Supreme vanity, Homestead Panel door style in a Cherry Peppercorn finish. Ella Cambria Quartz with a drop in exposed sink complete the vanity. Genesse Mirage Black Reef 12x24 tiles with a 3" border of Marble Medley complete the space, butting up to the Shaw nylon carpeting.
Landmark Building Contractors LLCThis 6,600-square-foot home in Edina’s Highland neighborhood was built for a family with young children — and an eye to the future. There’s a 16-foot-tall basketball sport court (painted in Edina High School’s colors, of course). “Many high-end homes now have customized sport courts — everything from golf simulators to batting cages,” said Dan Schaefer, owner of Landmark Build Co.
Simply Home DecoratingThis active couple with three adult boys loves to travel and visit family throughout Western Canada. They hired us for a main floor renovation that would transform their home, making it more functional, conducive to entertaining, and reflective of their interests.
In the kitchen, we chose to keep the layout and update the cabinetry and surface finishes to revive the look. To accommodate large gatherings, we created an in-kitchen dining area, updated the living and dining room, and expanded the family room, as well.
In each of these spaces, we incorporated durable custom furnishings, architectural details, and unique accessories that reflect this well-traveled couple’s inspiring story.

Susan Curtis Interiors"The powder room was transformed and appointed with impeccable details. Panel molding around the perimeter of the room combined with hand pressed 2x2 metal accent pieces highlighting the tile floor bring added character and dimension to this quaint little space.
Cody and CoThis small powder room was made to feel impressive by adding a floor to ceiling, two-toned marble, herringbone back splash tile. The open legs on the custom vanity allows the tile to peak through. The warm light grey of the natural marble is repeated in the custom cabinetry paint colour, while the brass mirror, modern brass faucet and mixed metal brass and chrome pendants add warmth to the cool white and grey palette. A contemporary low profile toilet completes the update.
