This Cottage Style Bunk Room was created for 2 young boys. Built from the ground up by their parents, and finished with vintage, found and hand built items.

This compact space was made more user friendly by the addition of a loft bed, with a floating look. This opened up more play and reading space in the area under the suspended bed. The trees were wall decals applied to a neutral gray (Sherwin Williams Repose Gray) that helped draw the eye up and create a tree house like feel in the room. The next steps are changing to painted white trim and putting in wood flooring under the cozy shag area rug.

This boy's room shows off his love for outer space. His parents knew that could change so we kept the walls neutral and just popped in touches of the theme with art, bedding, and accents.

This project for a large family with six young children had to be functional, durable and comfortable. With the home being located outside of the city in a rural part of town, Pulp Design Studios took inspiration from nature, choosing warm neutrals as the back drop for pops of green, blue and red.

For her third birthday, her mom wanted to gift her a bright, colorful big girl’s room to mark the milestone from crib to bed. We opted for budget-friendly furniture and stayed within our clean and bright aesthetic while still aiming to please our very pink-loving three-year-old.

The daughter painted a picture, you can see it hanging in the collage, of exactly what she wanted the walls to look like. Curtains hanging from the ceiling give the feeling of a cozy canopy and makes for a great reading spot.
