Middlefork Development LLCDesigned and built in conjunction with Freemont #2, this home pays homage to surrounding architecture, including that of St. James Lutheran Church. The home is comprised of stately, well-proportioned rooms; significant architectural detailing; appropriate spaces for today's active family; and sophisticated wiring to service any HD video, audio, lighting, HVAC and / or security needs.
The focal point of the first floor is the sweeping curved staircase, ascending through all three floors of the home and topped with skylights. Surrounding this staircase on the main floor are the formal living and dining rooms, as well as the beautifully-detailed Butler's Pantry. A gourmet kitchen and great room, designed to receive considerable eastern light, is at the rear of the house, connected to the lower level family room by a rear staircase.

Riverside Construction, LLCFor the adult entertainment area, Riverside Construction designed a custom bar with shaker-style custom cabinetry, an undermount sink, and a full-size refrigerator. The deep open shelving was highlighted with a white contemporary subway tile backsplash, providing an ideal place to display accessories and sports memorabilia.
Grey Heron InteriorsThis basement received a complete makeover. It had no personality or warmth.
The pine wainscoting and builders oak railing both were faux painted an aged barn board color.
The light carpeting was replaced with a warmer tone.
The walls and ceiling were painted a pale crisp blue.
A wall was built to house the wall mounted TV and the media cabinet changing the viewing direction of the seating completely.

Nest Designs LLCThis image shows the open concept of this multipurpose room. My client wanted a space that could transition from yoga studio in the morning, home office during the day and a family gathering place at night. They did not want a true fireplace in the room, so I designed a hidden storage area behind the stone wall with the mantel. On the right side, there are adjustable shelves that hide the printer, router and other needs of the home office. The left side, of the hidden storage, conceals the DVD, audio equipment, yoga videos and a pullout TV. Medina Exteriors & RemodelingWhen you have 3 german sheppards - bathig needs to be functional and warm. We created a space in the basement for the dogs and included a "Snug" for the Mr. and his ham radio equipment. Best of both worlds and the clients could not be happier.
Just ConcreteBasement Tiki Bar. This is a basement on Lake Lanier. The customer wanted a bar type atmosphere and wanted the concrete floor to look like an old dock, with weathered grayish boards. If you look to the left of the support post, you can see a crack in the floor. The owner chose to keep the crack to add a little character.
