This Torrens Park home stands out from the crowd and the landscaping needed to reflect the build. A full size tennis court, 12m pool and extensive outdoor entertaining area take up most of the rear yard. Large format grey granite slabs continued to the pool edge giving a seamless effect which complemented the 140mm composite decking laid under the outdoor entertaining area. The front yard is separated by a number of different height garden beds planted out with striking and contrasting foliage. We showcased a simple yet elegant curbed wrought iron railing, monolithic blue stone slab stairs, natural stacked stone retaining wall with over seven different kinds of stone mixed in. The stone walls retain the grade on the high side and acts as a functional seating wall on the low side. The natural stone patio has a natural termination into the landscape beds densely planted with perennials.

The bistro strands run the length of the west and south sides of the pool deck, both sets of strands start on either side of the pool house and end at custom steel posts in the landscape. We engineered the steel posts, altered their height to accommodate the open umbrellas during the day, and made them durable enough to withstand high winds. We staggered path lights to illuminate the steps from the patio to the pool and make it safer to navigate at night.
