New master bathroom and built-ins in the family room.
Lang's Kitchen & Bath
This bathroom design combines rustic and industrial features in a space that is unique, stylish, and relaxing. The master bath maximizes the space it occupies in the center of this octagonal-shaped house by creating an internal skylight that opens up to a high ceiling above the bathroom in the center of the home. It creates an architectural feature and also brings natural light into the room. The DuraSupreme vanity cabinet in a distressed finish is accented by a Ceasarstone engineered quartz countertop and eye-catching Sonoma Forge Waterfall spout faucet. A thresholdless shower with a rainfall showerhead, storage niches, and a river rock shower floor offer a soothing atmosphere. Photos by Linda McManis

The homeowners wanted a simple, clean, modern bathroom. Sounds straightforward enough. But with a tight budget, a funky layout and a requirement not to move any plumbing, it was more of a puzzle than expected. Good thing we like puzzles! We added a wall to separate the bathroom from the master, installed a ‘tub with a view,’ and put in a free-standing vanity and glass shower to provide a sense of openness. The before pictures don’t begin to showcase the craziness that existed at the start, but we’re thrilled with the finish!

A dramatic master suite flooded with natural light make this master bathroom a visual delight. Long awaited master suite we designed, lets take closer look inside the featuring Ann Sacks Luxe tile add a sense of sumptuous oasis.
The shower is covered in Calacatta ThinSlab Porcelain marble-look slabs, unlike natural marble, ThinSlab Porcelain does not require sealing and will retain its polished or honed finish under all types of high-use conditions. Wall hung toilet for ease and care of cleaning and a free standing tub is positioned for drama.

Pearl Remodeling
We turned this townhome's master bathroom into a fully upgraded bathroom with state-of-the-art essentials. We installed a high-tech toilet and vanity mirror that has all the bells and whistles. The toilet warms up for comfortable seating, it also self-cleans, and saves water with a smart flushing system. The vanity has built-in lights and a smart system to get rid of steam residue quickly.

This main floor bathroom had to function not only as a Powder Room for guests but also be easily accessible to the backyard pool for the family to change and wash up. Combining the weathered wood vanity and shower wall tiles with the crisp shell-inspired mirror and sand-like floor tile we’ve achieved a space reminiscent of the beach just down the road.
