Juan Felipe Goldstein Design Co.Master bath, the sink is from Boffi Los Angeles is a one piece corian custom made double sink the faucets are mounted on the wall also from Boffi, the lights are from Artemide, the concrete florr is poilished and the dividing glass is from Pulp Studio in Los Angeles, is a textured tempered glass in one piece. Rug is from Morocco, wool hand made.

Ardesia DesignMirror shutters were designed for the Project.
Both bathrooms were finished in micro cement, which gave us the desired look of seamless finish. Basins, bathtub and WCs in matt Astone material were ordered directly from Italy and stainless steel sanitary ware from CEA completed the look. The main feature of the family bathroom was bespoke mirror window shutters, which were sliding side ways, allowing a user to have a mirror in front of the basin, as well as revealing hidden bathroom storage when covering the windows.

John Webb Construction and DesignCustom Built home designed to fit on an undesirable lot provided a great opportunity to think outside of the box with creating a large open concept living space with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and sitting area. This space has extra high ceilings with concrete radiant heat flooring and custom IKEA cabinetry throughout. The master suite sits tucked away on one side of the house while the other bedrooms are upstairs with a large flex space, great for a kids play area!
