Chi Renovation & Design
A bathroom upgrade that features new tiles surrounding the tub area and new baseboard tiles, fixtures, two built-in tile shelves, and a custom subway-style glass niche in the shower.
For the rest of the bathroom, faux wood plank tiles floors, a dark wooden Wyndham vanity with marble countertops and chrome faucets was installed along with two matching mirrors.
Project designed by Skokie renovation firm, Chi Renovation & Design. They serve the Chicagoland area, and it's surrounding suburbs, with an emphasis on the North Side and North Shore. SDRlimited
A small contemporary bathroom room which has been renovated to include a wet room shower tray, bath, wall hung basin unit, back to wall toilet, towel rail and cupboard storage.
We also included some little pockets within the shower area for the customer to put their shampoos without encrouching on them within the shower.
Also to maximise the space we installed a pocket door, so no waisted space within the flat at all, in or out of the bathroom.
Sparrow Design Company
Full remodel of primary bathroom; kept the existing tub for cost savings and redid shower, flooring, vanity, paint, custom wall niche, lighting, etc.
Michael Norpell's Wall To Wall
The building had a single stack running through the primary bath, so to create a double vanity, a trough sink was installed. Oversized hexagon tile makes this bathroom appear spacious, and ceramic textured like wood creates a zen-like spa atmosphere.

Ceramic and Terracotta
Duquesa, our new collection of handpainted tiles, draws on influences as disparate as Italian textiles, Portuguese ceramic tiles, Moroccan mosaics, Egyptian wood inlay and Chinese decorative screens. Each tile is handpainted on a cream background, creating a rich vintage look that fits a home with historical roots or brings gravitas to a newly constructed space.
Usage:
Residential: Interior walls and low traffic flooring such as bathroom floors. Not suitable for countertops. Use in showers limited to walls. Commercial: Interior vertical surfaces. See Tools | Usage Guide for more details.
