SV DesignThis North Shore residence captures commanding views of the ocean, while maintaining a sense of privacy for the homeowners. Their priorities focused on thoughtful design, evolving from a restoration of a small summer cottage into a new home, well sited on a narrow lot. SV Design worked within the constraints of conservation and a flood zone to create a masterpiece of charm and appeal. The home reflects the tastes of the owners, who remained involved through every step of the process. Natural light is well utilized, the open layout provides ease in entertaining and in day to day living, and the views are captured from assorted vantage points. Personalized accents abound throughout the property--- warm wood flooring, stone accents--- both inside and outside of the home, a kitchen with clean lines and efficient storage space, and a butler’s pantry. The design of the property is aesthetically pleasing, creative, and functional; most of all, it fulfilled the visions of the clients.
McLennan Contracting, Inc.This bathroom remodel required knocking down some walls in order to create a spacious bathroom that met all of the client's needs. Remodel with pale purple walls, freestanding bathtub, glass door walk-in shower, and rubbed bronze finishes.
Pinnacle Design & RemodelingOnly a few minutes from the project to the left (Another Minnetonka Finished Basement) this space was just as cluttered, dark, and under utilized.
Done in tandem with Landmark Remodeling, this space had a specific aesthetic: to be warm, with stained cabinetry, gas fireplace, and wet bar.
They also have a musically inclined son who needed a place for his drums and piano. We had amble space to accomodate everything they wanted.
We decided to move the existing laundry to another location, which allowed for a true bar space and two-fold, a dedicated laundry room with folding counter and utility closets.
The existing bathroom was one of the scariest we've seen, but we knew we could save it.
Overall the space was a huge transformation!

Homework Design.Build.RemodelThe beautiful emerald tile really makes this remodel pop! For this project, we started with a new deep soaking tub, shower niche, and Latricrete Hydro-Ban waterproofing. The finishes included emerald green subway tile, Kohler Brass fixtures, and a Kohler sliding shower door. We finished up with a few final touches to the mirror, lighting, and towel rods.

Boerne Kitchens and BathsThis was a redo of a River House - Now a Lake House on Lake Medina. It was originally built in 1906 as weekend house on the Medina River. Later the river dammed and it became a weekend lake house. In keeping with the overall look of the house we tiled this shower in black and white subway tiles and tiled the entire walls of the bathroom. We installed frameless glass shower. It went from a 1906 old tub to this clean and inviting bath. It was a fun project
Sara Levy DesignsThis client wanted to turn her small bathroom in the loft into a larger shower room with jack n jill sliding door to the bedroom. We took some space from the larger bedroom and transformed the bathroom into this gorgeous, bright haven.

Because the homeowner is a bath lover, they opted to not install a shower here, but instead use the space to create a fun, spa-like feel.
