3 Lights Design
The view from the dining room. We looked at several options to make this relatively tight space both functional and spacious. The wife, who is a chef and meticulously organized, had this to say about 3 Lights Design's attention to detail, "I'm so impressed how you heard all the little silly things I was saying and got it into a picture!!!" For us, the "silly little things" are everything. That's how the project's name was born. All photos by Thomas Kuoh Photography.

Reinventing the frontyard with a welcoming Mesquite entryway gate. The courtyard walls allow for a water fountain, seating and planters. Permeable arizona flagstone with low water plants allow for minimal maintenance.
Liquid Evolution Pools
This Spool was designed to fit into a small backyard without taking up the majority of the space. At 5,700 gallons it is the perfect size. We shut down a lane of traffic and craned in locally sourced boulders and field stone from the DC Ranch development. Details include a custom lounge bench finished with river rock, spa jets in the bench and in the shallow area and travertine water line tile. We used Pentair equipment, Intellitouch control system, paramount PV3 in-floor system, and Pebble Sheen interior finish.
Larcade Larcade, Interior Design and Color
We like to choose a metal color for windows and doors that add to the color relationship palette. The metal in this house is always green.

Entrada desde la suite al baño. Aquí buscamos el contraste de tonalidades entre el minimalismo de la casa y los tonos azules de los baños que evocan al mar y dan personalidad a las intervenciones.
Dig Your Garden Landscape Design
Elfin Thyme is a perfect ground cover between pavers. This California, Spanish-style bungalow gets a fresh new landscape and garden design that replaces the tired lawn with a creeping thyme ground cover and other low-water plantings. The new flagstone pathway, and a small patio echo the terra-cotta tones of the house and are softened by Elfin Thyme planted between the pavers. Colorful pottery and a Fermob Sixties Low Armchair complete the remodel. Design and Photos: © Eileen Kelly, Dig Your Garden Landscape Design
