Hi Anne, Absolutely, I often work with clients who have rental properties and I have my own rental properties which I always spruce up in-between tenants.

annedamus, if you just want your flat spruced up then you'd probably be better with a home stager. Interior Designers have usually gone through quite a lengthy period of training and this will be reflected in their charge. Their goal is to design something that's right for you and your personal tastes. A rental property needs to appeal to a wide variety of tenants, who just want something that looks good and easy to live in. Worth mentioning - anyone can call themselves an interior designer so do your homework.

Hi Anne, I can provide both Interior Design Services and Home Staging Services. The main difference between the two is that Interior Design is all about the client and Home Staging is all about your target market for the sale or rent of your property. Contact me directly on amanda@propertyreviver.co.uk if you would like to book a call with me to have an initial chat about your project. Amanda
