Oh, forgot the importance of bathroom placement. Our guest lavatory is off the center hall. So both adults and kids have access without interrupting each other.

One comment struck me as bizarre- when the Russian was referring to apartments of <300 sqm as “small to medium“, surely this is a typo...300sqm is VAST, esp for an apartment but even for a family house.
