Extension of an end of terrace 1940’s corporation house in Dublin 12. The Triangular nature of the site presented a number of restrictions with regards to access but also allowed for a modern contemporary extension which complemented the original house and provided additional living space at ground floor and bedrooms at first floor. 2 new simple doorway at ground and first floor connect the new and the old with minimum disruption to the existing house.
