Chef Thomas Keller renews his restaurant The French Laundry with designer Craig Dykers of Snøhetta. Dekton has been his choice to dress his kitchen, where besides working, they receive their guests every day. The kitchen includes elevated work stations, solar panels, and walls, countertops and Dekton workbenches. Dekton surfaces give The French Laundry team a kitchen as easy to clean as it is resistant to splashes, heat and other usual wear and tear in the kitchens of a busy restaurant.
