Hi, I need to prevent the door hinges in the pic from touching the bricks. As you can see, this is causing damage.
I think I maybe need a thin (5mm) strip of rubber, that is somehow attached to the brickwork. Whatever is used, needs to be thin enough to prevent the door from opening up as much as possible. I hope this make sense?
Maybe have less bulky hinges? I personally would contact a company that deals with door and window repairs and see what they advise. Some locksmiths also provide this service.
