Comments (2)The art in the last pic is hung way too high. I would suggest the shoe storage from Ikea with the flip down front is that a radiator in the hall where the stuff is sitting on top if not that is where the shoe storage could go with some nice hooks above for the coats that are used each day. Can the double buggy not be parked outside with a clear plastic cover to protect it instead of in this very small space....See Moreneed help with our extension

Also, as jonathandb1972 said, any plans would be greatly appreciated here, so there is something to work with. If no plans available, even a crude drawing will be useful to help visualise the layout. What style would you like to achieve? (contemporary, country etc.). You said you'd like the extension to incorporate your current kitchen. What else would you like to have there, as it is going to be 2 storeys extension? Bedroom with en-suite?
