You poor thing. Seems weird that installation was spread over so much time. Unfortunately a mistake needs to be rectified by the installers. Nobody wants stick on bits on what look like expensive windows! Write to the boss (CEO) by email explaining the errors that have been made and that you want them rectified. Be polite but firm. This usually does the trick. If it doesn’t then contact Trading Standards via The citizens Advice Bureau, and report them. Hopefully the first email will resolve it. Good luck.

I presume they are timber windows and in which case having them stuck on properly would be fine. If they’re stuck on correctly and then painted you would not notice.

They have offered you a solution and you need to accept it before presuming it will look unsightly when it has not even been carried out.

Unfortunately not they are upvc. I’ve got an open mint and willing to try the stick ons but he’s not coming back to me with anything at all
