Tile/border help!
Comments (1)If you want the look in the showroom photo, you need to do all tile in the same direction. If you started with vertical, you need to stick with vertical. It might be a blessing in disguise since it will make your ceilings appear taller. On the floor, make the long end of the tile run with your longest wall....See Moreneed help for a shower room
Comments (1)A floor plan with dimensions of the room would be very helpful. Also, can you show the layout that you intend to do for the new bathroom. I don't know that I can offer any advice without this additional information...........See MoreSmall downstairs toilet & shower - are my ideas gonna work?
Comments (12)Hi. I think the overall look is good. Large tiles do make a room feel bigger as the pattern is less busy however I've seen the hex tiles in small bathrooms and they seem to work as your inspiration pic shows. I would probably lose the flowers though if I'm honest. Do you want the window for light or ventilation? Could a decent extractor be sufficient? I'm thinking that back ŵall could look quite busy. Is there any opportunity to change the layout? Moving soil pipes can be a little costly but could the sink be moved although ideally the loo would be hidden round the corner. Loads of natural light at the sink (could even be a double sink) and plenty of room to move around without it feeling too cramped....See MoreMarkos Design Workshop
