Range cooker advice

Hello,
I am in the process of designing my cooker and have a couple of design dilemmas that I would like some help on. Whilst we are currently a couple, I love to cook and entertain so building out a kitchen with this in mind.
1. We have the capacity for either a 90cm or a 120cm range cooker, and i am having difficulty deciding which one to go for. I do like the idea of a 90cm single oven range cooker for the large turkey/meat roast that we do a couple of times a year, and we do roast a lot of our meal so a larger capacity oven would help even on casual weekday meals.
I also like the additional hobs of a 120cm range albeit not a fan of 2 single ovens as i find the capacity smaller when there are 2 ovens in a 120cm range. A 120cm range with single oven is outside of my budget, perhaps a commercial range would suit better although have no experience of these. Just wondering anyone has any experience/thoughts on 120cm vs 90cm range cookers.
NB, I will also be purchasing a single 60cm in-built oven into a tall unit as well.
2. Have been looking at differing brands. Having read feed on here as well as elsewhere, I have narrowed down the brands to Falcon 90, Bertazzoni 90 or Kaiser 90.
I know the Kaiser range is fairly new in the UK, so just wondering if anyone has any experience with Kaiser range?
Thank you in advance
