Hi Melissa. The banqutte benches are from Ballard Design. They are actually 4 different pieces. The table is from World Market.

I think your colors are restful so I would work with those and not pop a color. Maybe some interesting artwork that had some color in it, but I think you should go for a more elegant calm look. By the way, I like the chandelier you have with the fireplace. I think I would paint the lower part of your wall the same blue as is in the top part. Then I would add some black accents in glass and lamps. Curtains that have a sheen or gold thread would be nice.

Thanks Barry. I will try Showtime for the taps. I've found one shop in Dublin that supplies brass lacquered handles but they tell me they are really not practical or recommended for use in a kitchen as the lacquer will "break down" (they couldn't say how long this would take). I see gold coloured hardware all the time on Houzz though so I think there must surely be a material being used in those handles that is more kitchen friendly..I just cant seem to find any kitchen company that knows more about it. If anyone has experience of "gold coloured/effect" hardware in a kitchen, would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks again

having great difficulty trying to find the type of bath I want for my bathroom , I see them in hotels a lot , so I assumed they would be easy to get and cheap seeing as hotels often renovate. cthe an anyone point me in the right direction ?
