Hi,
Does anyone have experience of fitting handles to this style door. They are wood doors from jbkind. The 'lock block' is solid (no glass) so can be used for handle. And I believe that is where the handle should go and not over the join as shown here. But I am struggling to find tubular latch long enough to reach as far as that bit of door (I suspect that's why all the photos show handle on the join). Frame is 70mm then black is 80mm so would need a tubular latch 110mm long.
Alternative is to have roller catches and therefore handles can go on block no problem. But... can you fit a roller catch to a rebated door pair?
