small utility layout help

I want to get the best layout for this small utility.
I would like to include a spare fridge and freezer. A washing machine and dryer and a small sink.
Is this possible ? The doors are all In really annoying places!
The only thing I can think of is on the back wall have a 60cm fridge freezer, followed by a washing machine and tumble dryer stacked on top of each other and then a 1000m unit with a sink in it. Thoughts ?

If you only have 2200mm then something will have to be stacked. l have my fridge stacked over my freezer and also my tumble drier stacked over my washing machine. Saves a lot of unnecessary bending down.

I'm planning to have something stacking but just worried what if it gets a repair and service engineer wants to take it down... Will he be able to do that or if we have to take it down for him...

Hi - its such a big and important project, i really think you need to sit down with a good kitchen designer and fully tease out your requirements and then look at every possible layout option. by sitting down with someone, they will draw each possible layout to scale in front of you and that way you will be able to see the pros and cons of each design. it makes decision making much easier best of luck with the project Barry

The only way to do this involves moving some cabinets. There is a lot of vertical space available opt 1) remove the upper cabinets near the window. Place the freezer on top of counter. Use the former freezer area to build in shoe cubbies. opt 2) Move the tall pantry cabinet up. Underneath the pantry cabinet, build in shoe cubbies. opt 3) move the freezer up to meet the bottom of the upper cabinets. Put she storage underneath freezer. You'll need to replace the counter with a smaller counter that will be over the washer and dryer only.

Small Living room, awkward layout

Hi, I'm trying to rearrange my living room but having a bit of difficulty. The room has 3 doors in it (1 hall door, 1 kitchen door & 1 door for under the stairs). There's also a fireplace and then one large window. I'm trying to create space for while already having the likes of our tv, 2 & 3 seater sofas so to have the room prepared for when Christmas rolls around! I personally think an en-suite would be more practical and will add value than a dedicated office. Could you fit the washing machine under the stairs. You have ample room in the kitchen to have an office area by the small window.

I think you have the best solution already. Your utlilty looks like a high traffic area and keeping everything on the back wall, including a stacked tumble drier, will make the best use of space. ( Vedh Sri - tumble driers are light enough for an engineer to take down, however to reduce the risk of repair buy the best quality one )
