Help with ground floor layout

Hi all, thanks for approving my request, hoping for some help. Want to renovate my small house, but a bit lost in terms of design.


What would you think of turning what is bathroom and utility below in to a bedroom & making office space a downstairs loo/area for washing machine? Back door is blocked up and what is currently office window becomes a sliding door?


There is another double bedroom, bathroom and single bedroom upstairs.
