Can I fix the stairs in this Victorian terrace? (floorplan inc.)

Looking at buying this house. Clearly it needs a corridor to bedroom 3 along where the chimney stack currently is (which will be removed). Bedroom 3 will eventually become a bathroom once we completed a loft conversion to replace the lost bedroom.
Should I:
- Split the stairs half way up and go right to the new corridor but also continue round the winder to the first floor, creating two differnet entry points/landings on the first floor.
- Bring the stairs closer to the front door, make them steeper and get up to the first floor in one staircase, at which point I can go left and right to each side.
- Move the stairs 90 degrees to the side of the house and figure that out somehow
- Not buy this house (it's a bargain in a great location)
- Something else
