future proof / wheelchair accessible bathroom

Hello my parents live with me and my father has Louis body dementia, his walking is very poor and may end up in a wheel chair soon, I am building an extension ( starting in a months time) and am worried about my downstairs bathroom
It is 2680 in length and 1829 width , I will have a pocket door , I have put together a plan on an app called home design. Ignore the finishes any help would be greatly appreciated. I need access in the bathroom for carer assistance.
