Can you please share the interior dimensions of this pantry? We are hoping to do something very similar. Thank you!

Thanks for your enquiry, you've got some great ideabooks you've saved! The pantry dimensions are approximately 2700 x 1000mm. It was fitted out with Blum product. I hope this helps?

Jen, are you sure everything is in proportion? I'm asking, because that store seems to be just a bit wider than a door (so about 1 m) which is fine, but doesn't give much space to manoeuvre inside it. Also, a bit too many doors in a small space, but I'm afraid I can't offer you a remedy for that. You have two wide, massive windows and a door in between, I think that will give plenty of light. Personally, I'd just add skylights or a glass roof. Or a long strip of glass all along What you don't seem to have is ventilation windows. Trust me, you're going to want one in the utility, or at least a good fan. Transom style windows could work too if you can open them. I really wish you'd see an architect... there are lots of different, small things that a professional can spot from miles away that you wouldn't even consider. As I said, I regret we didn't; our house is great, but it could've been even better!

HI Sophie, Thanks so much for the suggestions. We would never have thought of moving the sink - I guess you get used to things where they have always been! Just so I can understand and visual where you suggest moving things to, when you say move the fridge down to opposite the pennisula, do you mean near the entry to the kitchen (where the small three cupboards are shown on the drawing above) or where the cooktop is currently? I know one concern that my mum has is that the width of the fridge will jut out too far into the kitchen, taking up too much room. I've attached a picture with dimensions on it. Walk-in pantry advice please. This is our design for our pantry. Walls & door placement can’t change at this stage. Dimensions are 2260x1410mm. Door opens clear of room. The depth of bottom units on facing wall is 60cm - dictated by integrated wine cooler. The depth of units on short wall is 40cm. All the above counter shelves are 30cm deep. My concern is the standing area (shaded in yellow). This is 1m across by 80cm to wall. Is this too small / tight? I can see 3 alternatives: loose the wine cooler& drinks cabinet go with shallow wine cooler. This won’t be integrated then swap the wine cooler & drinks cabinet to short wall. Problem is I don’t really want to do any of the above. I also don’t think the bottom corner unit is a great idea. Thinking of asking them to leave this open and possibly include a 2 shelfs &/or turnstile. Open to suggestions here too. I’ve mapped this out in my current house (2nd pic) but it’s hard to tell.
