Move the basin to the adjacent wall. That will give you lots of space for storage and a large mirror.

I don’t think the tub will fit on the right side because it’ll be right in front of the bathroom door

I think arc3d means the mirror image of the photo - move the basin to the wall opposite the bath.

Arc3d wasn’t suggesting that you move the tub. Just reverse the inspo pic - so tub on the left, toilet under the window and sink on the right hand wall. Looks like that should work. I think it’s a good suggestion.

Maybe re-hang the door so that it open against the bath (if the basin would be in the way).

Your photo perfectly shows the arrangement – i reckon your Soil and Waste pipe is on the right hand side (as we view the photo) and all your waste from the bath and basin go to this concealed pipe plus the foul from your WC.

The position of the Soil and Waste pipe does shape the positioning of the all the fittings.

As far as the mirror/ storage goes...the change from a bath to a shower would free up valuable space?
