clothes storage help

Good morning

We are finally moving after a 7 month horror show!!

I’d like to get some ideas/photos of storage suggestions for these areas.

We want to make the most of the space but a little stumped on how to make it nice and what kind of tradesman we would need

Any local carpenter worth their salt could make something custom to make the best use of the space. If you're feeling flush with cash, you could also speak to the likes of Sharpes or Hammonds. They would give you a very nice wardrobe but they're not cheap. Ikea sells the great Pax wardrobe system but it only comes in certain sizes, so might not be the best fit for your space.

Are you English? sometimes a small room can look bigger with all over pattern, say a toile or a floral,,repeat it on the walls, either upholster the walls and use it for drapes, or use the same pattern in a paper as in fabric. It will cozy up the room, and hide any quirks in the architecture. To put a small shade on the window is to draw attention to it and the fact that your bed is offside. Keep the bed it sounds nice. A small room like that wrapped in pattern is a delight I think.

We got a PAX wardrobe from ikea and placed where your light is. Door colour was matching with the wall colour.. so it was not showing as a big unit and ugly.. try that..

I really only need the sliding doors I think as I have the body of the wardrobe well worked out I have ended up with needing 6ft by 6ft sliding doors and a few accessories for inside as I already had the poles and my husband is a chippy so he helped me with the body of it. Can you still help me, I hope so.

Hi, I just have a question about washing clothes in the Indesit IWDC6125, it is a washer dryer. We have just moved into rented accommodation and have a washer dryer in the house and I think it is a new one but I just can't get it to do a good wash. The clothes don't come out 'clean' and still have some stains on them. Has anyone got any tips on what I could use in the washing machine to get a good wash or what cycle to wash at? Thanks!

A decent carpenter can easily make doors for you, either sliding or pull opening. If you are on Facebook, join your new towns Facebook page where you can ask for recommendations for carpenters. I have Sharpes fitted wardrobes, they are expensive but lovely quality. Depends on your budget.
