Hmmm, are you an open plan person? The kitchen could be opened up to the lounge dining since there are no units on that wall. I appreciate that there might be structural issues here so you could go just take the opening part way but to the full ceiling height, rather than having a fixed door. Then the dining could be the transition to the living area. To maximise the bath, the door could come forward as there is a hall length there which is doing nothing. That might give you more freedom on the layout .. move the vanity further into that wall, or a veritcal towel rail? Or use the wall cavity to find space for linen press with minimum or small intrusion into the room?
Another thought is to move the lounge door closer to the wall and so it swings close the the wall. This could give you sight lines straight through - elongating your view into your home.
