Planning for kitchen extension help please ? Area use help / design

new kitchen and taking dining wall down. extension is only 8 feet wide. What can I do with these 3 spaces to suit a family room ? 2 doors . kitchen archways plus patio windows mean I need help please deciding where to put seating and big tv. Fridge freezer and fish tank only things keeping . Getting new breakfast bar. what can I do? Would appreciate any ideas thanks xx
