Green home grants

Good afternoon,

I am about to exchange in a flat that needs full renovation and I was looking at the Green Home Grants.

I have two questions that hopefully someone will be able to answer:

I am planning on getting Underfloor heating installed and I wanted to check if anyone knows if the primary primary measure of "Under-floor insulation" can be used as the insulation required for underfloor heating.
I have some raising damp in internal walls that needs to be fixed, is this covered in the primary measure of "solid wall insulation (internal or external)"?

Hi, looks a little more pea green on my monitor... I suggest perusing for paint color cards that look olive AND pea green, bring them home, and see how they look in your space! Behr Wheat Grass and Behr Wasabi might be a place to start?? (You can find those colors at any Home Depot!)
