Kitchen window dressing
I’m struggling for ideas on how I can dress my kitchen window and patio door now that the kitchen has just been updated. The window is a bifold so will need to be able to easily open it and the patio doors open out and are frequently used for access to back garden. I don’t want vertical or venetian blinds really so any other ideas welcome. The kitchen is white and grey with a splash of colour at one end!

3 years agoWe have these in our kitchen and I really like them: broad white wooden slats - clean and contemporary and light.
Just about to renovate and extend the kitchen and will replace with similar again. Well not at the back (where we will have bifolds). This window will actually be where our kitchen sink will be.

Comments (5)Hi. I don't think a curtain/s in the middle will work as you'll have the radiator either side plus a potential issue with the poles? Why not try Romans (if they fit, as i can't see the inside of the window frame!) and a single curtain either side? Rather than use tiebacks so they're draped across the window just use a holdback similar to the pic so they're held back instead.
