I don't mind them and they fit with your decor but I don't think I'd get them because you have quite a shiny floor and I think any reflective stuff may well exacerbate the shiny polished vibe.
A mirror in a dining room can add the sense of height and space. Art work is also a beautiful touch but it depends on how much natural light the dining room receives. My vote is for a mirror.
