The roof would be about 25m2 (4.5m x 5.8m) pitched at around 12 degre with 3 skylights.

How "specialised" is the execution of a Zinc roof with some large skylights.

Can we get the main builder to install it or is it mandatory to use a specialised roofer?

Hi,

I'd stick with a contractor who has done this before, but a skilled roofer should be able to install these too. I don't think they are too complicated and there is plenty of information online on how to install them.

The architect should be able to provide some typical details.

All baseboards and door to hall should be the same colour as the iron beds...off white. With the walls a colour you'll be able to see the pretty pattern of the frame. OR find a small scaled pattern of any of the shades of purple and the cream same as the bed frame) with the same fabric. Make custom bedding to match. In a small room 1 pattern works well everywhere. If you go the paint route, try to find fabric with soft gold, lavender, purple for a skirted table between the beds if there's room.
