We are currently doing some renovations at our house and we are planning to change the windows. We would like to sell our house at some point so we would like to do everything right. We were wondering if there are any restrictions on the way the windows open. Do they have to open outside or they can open inside. Will the lender be specific about it or it doesn't really matter. Will the price of the house be affected by this. I would really appreciate your help. Thank you.
It doesn’t matter. The only thing that springs to mind is that windows that open inwards have to have water relief on the bottom to stop the water running in. Outward opening don‘t.
