We do need a couple more pictures of your room to see other possibilities for you to place your bed. What you have above it is just far too small. I know you'll get a lot of suggestions to put a sunburst mirror above it. Either that, or a larger piece of art. Maybe two smaller (but still larger than the current one) next to each other. I have a dormer and have the bed opposite of the window. But our dormer is wider, so maybe in your case you won't have enough space to walk around the bed? Hi, We’re changing windows and fascias/soffets in an upcoming renovation. We’re also taking out the cement shingles on the second floor and insulating behind and replacing with horizontal cedar wood. Really liking grey windows but cannot decide what grey, anthracite or a lighter grey? Do I get matching fascias etc? Should I paint the cedar wood a colour or just stain it? Will I get longer out of it if we paint? Any advise welcome 🙏

Plan to have the current wood grain uPVC windows resprayed in a RAL colour to compliment the door and brickwork. Plan also to change the paint on the render, sills, etc later in the year so not worried about window colour tying into it. Door and frame are in an anthracite grey - closest would be ral 7016. Current thinking is go with a light grey colour such as ral 7035 or ral 7047. Or go with a more standard white/off white such as ral 9010. Wanted to see if anymore ideas from the community or any ideas from their own projects?

I would keep the windows consistent throughout.
