can you scratch render once set ....help

We had k-rend put on about a week ago, we had cracks and holes when he scraped it.. he's filled the holes and cracks with colourfil in polar white which is our colour but not ruffed it up again so looks smooth in all the patches ...but it's rained and all the patches are glowing white.....what can we do please help looks a mess..... the cowboy plasterer making excuses saying will settle down in 28days....etc etc.... just need reassurance or help.

It won’t settle down that’s a fob off.
If it were mine I would want those areas redoing and textured to match the rest of the house because the current repair ruins the original finish. If the second time it is repaired it still isn’t right it’s because the mix of sand is incorrect- they would then have to do it a third time or a fourth until it is right.
You wouldn’t accept a painter putting a slightly different finish in the middle of a newly painted wall so why would you accept this?

Thanks for all the feedback. I think I'm going to shove the expense and go for full shelves as I will be renting. Cut costs by using mdf sadly alot of messes happen coz I can't be there and have no van to buy materials myself. My wardrobe doors turned out messed up as had a circular route instead of straight lines so they're new but dated. I can't afford it but I'll definitely put up a few eccentric ideas on how to hide it and will look forward to the feedback from that! Thanks

I would also definitely go white if the windows are on the green wall. Will be much more natural to tie the accent wall with the stark wht contrasting walls. Always a very chic contemporary look. Also very relaxing as opposed to the treatments standing out when you already have your standout feature- the green accent wall. Great white bed you ordered! Then I love all the blue/green/ silver accent advice. I did a similar room in purples/greys/ whites and we used great posted prints of florals with a little oriental flair in nice big mats w frames. You could do florals or nice big botanicals in greens would be very fresh and modern!! White or silver frames or maybe even the shock of black would be cool.

Latest update! Made a few changes to the book cabinet to the left of the fireplace. Added chrome legs to match the legs on the tv cabinet and added doors to the top half to try to make it look less cluttered. The lighting in the photos isn't great but hopefully you get the idea.Am quite pleased with the result. Am still trying to decide on art for over the fireplace, keep changing my mind but considering getting this canvas (see picture).
