Not a lot you can do with the view itself...

Remodel the kitchen and move the sink perhaps?

Add a dishwasher so your not over the sink so much?

Patterned blind which is down 30% to divert focus?

How about some frosted film on the window? At least you won’t see the view then!

I like the window film for privacy but can't help thinking it would close the room in.
Do you have any land outside your window at all - to put up a vertical planting wall etc?
A photo from your kitchen window might help get some further ideas.

Stained glass (Barron Glass has very affordable prices) or DIY Glass film .

I'm thinking maybe a beautiful window box with some lovely planting. The planting could be tallish as per pictures attached but it would still let in the light from the sky but shield you from unsightly views. And if that still doesnt help, you could put a couple of lovely trees in tubs either side of the window to shield the view higher up. But it's very difficult to advise without photos. I hope this helps x
