Advice on size Sky Lantern to install

We have a new open plan kitchen/diner designed (U shape with peninsular) - south facing garden, we have a 2.4m x 1m Window near the sink and 2.4m wide french doors which open up the to the garden.



The wife would like some Sky Lanterns but we are not sure what size to get or how many? (1 large across the centre or 2, spread out over the open plan kitchen/diner) . They are rather expensive and am wondering if we could possibly have a few skylights instead which would bring in the light.

    Depends on what roof you have... ..

    It's not a really deep room so velux skylights would be fine

    Go for a single large lantern and locate it over your dining table area of the kitchen. Will look stunning!
